Still got carb problems and also oil burning!

The bike was not running at all well and as far as I was concerned something major was wrong. I had lost faith with the mechanic and in desperation contacted the owner of a Kawasaki dealership who I had got to know. He collected the bike but after two weeks he contacted me to say that they were unable to help because their mechanic only understood Fuel Injected bikes and their experienced mechanic had been killed testing a bike. He did however offer to send the bike to a mechanic who was ols scholl and that he used for older bikes. I had no choice but to take up the offer of his help.
