So, a whole day was spent fitting and the parts. The carbs from Japan were first rate. They were like new. The floats were pristine white as if they had never seen petrol. They turned out to be a great

Below are some of the parts waiting to be fitted.

All in all, the carbs were changed, 3 oil seals for the transmission, the balance shaft seal, the pad locating pins on the brake calipers, brakes bled and serviced, rear caliper dust cover fitted, the drain hole on the petrol tank was unblocked (pain in the ass!) and various other small tasks.

The only thing that was a little disappointing was that there is still a small oil leak eminating from one of the mail oil lines, so that is now ordered
