GoPro Hero 9 Black. Good?????

I was lucky enough to have been given a Hero 9 Black. I use a Sena Prism Tube normally and really like it but everyone talks about GoPro being the best so I decided to find out how good it is. Well, I used a chest mount and the video quality is very good but I was very pissed off to find that the audio was 5 seconds delayed!! Bloody hell. I have used software to try and sync the audio but it proved impossible to sync it correctly. Mmm! I am not saying the GoPro is rubbish but it is not a good start.
