So after having all the work done on the ZZR and posting a YouTube video showing the immaculate condition of everything I took it out this morning for a long run. Running at about 100mph I went to overtake a car on the Expressway and right in front of me was a large stone. Nothing I could do except brace for the impact. Bang! Headshake and increased vibration. Pulled into the services and find that I have buckled the wheel. Talk about being pissed off!! Almost impossible to get a replacement wheel here so tomorrow the search will begin and also I will be looking at repairing it. Not a good day. Still with this and the 100mph blowout of the front tyre recently, both of which I survived one could say I am lucky (or of course unlucky)
